Qualifications

• 1+ year of Solutions Engineering or similar work experience.
• Exceptional presentation and communications capabilities.
• Confidence presenting to a highly skilled audience, ranging from developers to enterprise architects and up to C-level executives.
• Clear self-starter behaviour and willingness to tackle hard technical problems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Advance Data Streaming use-cases from conception to Go-Live.
• Lead Technical Proofs of Concept and customer demonstrations.
• Conduct Discovery and Whiteboard sessions to define new use-cases.
• Deliver technical talks and workshops for customers.
• Guide customers to achieve operational maturity of their deployment with best practices.
• Analyze customer consumption trends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering and advocate across ecosystem.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and partners.
