Job summary

Genesis Capital LLC is seeking a Data Strategy Analyst to ensure the quality and integrity of market and prospect data driving the sales pipeline. You will profile prospective borrowers, verify information, and maintain data across sales, reporting, and lending platforms.

You will collaborate with Business Intelligence and Sales to define data priorities, oversee offshore research, and enforce governance across entity relationships and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills and handling large data sets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, BI tools, or SQL is an advantage; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into research criteria to guide market and product focus.
• Quality-review offshore research output to ensure valid and usable prospects.
