Job summary

Providence Shared Services is seeking a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst to support fundraising through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management. The role involves developing queries, dashboards, and prospect lists, analyzing data, and ensuring CRM plans and activities are current.

Collaboration with development officers and researchers will build a robust prospect pipeline within the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists to support fundraising analytics and portfolio reviews.
• Analyze fundraising and constituent data and translate business needs into database solutions within the CRM.
• Support data quality, CRM improvements, and moves management with regular cadences for portfolio reviews and strategy reviews.
• Collaborate with Prospect Researchers to identify prospects and assist in assigning to appropriate prospect teams.
