Job summary

Providence Health & Services seeks a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst to support fundraising through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management. You will develop queries, dashboards, and prospect lists, analyze data, and translate needs into effective CRM solutions.

Collaborate with officers to maintain plans and CRM activity; help build a strong prospect pipeline with researchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or equivalent
• 3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience

Responsibilities

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists
• Analyze fundraising and constituent data
• Support data quality and CRM improvements
• Translate business needs into database solutions
• Establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review in CRM
• Help develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline with Prospect Researchers
