Enlyte is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Data & Analytics leader to transform how the organization uses data across PartsTrader. You will set the vision, build capabilities, and guide a distributed team across the US and New Zealand to turn data into strategic business assets.

You will move the business from ad hoc reporting to self-service analytics, establish foundations for AI and automation, strengthen data governance, monetize data products, and influence executive priorities to

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data strategy, analytics, BI, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise data transformation and monetization.
• Experience building and leading high-performing data teams.

• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy.
• Lead self-service analytics and data-driven decisions.
