Enlyte seeks a Hybrid Data Informatics Auto Analyst to turn operational, financial, and product data into actionable insights for client accounts. You will partner with Client Success teams to improve workflows, monitor SLAs, and produce accurate reporting for business reviews and scorecards.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, client-facing judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable account outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 2+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Python, and/or PowerBI.
• Working knowledge of auto insurance data and GenAI toolsets (Copilot, Hex, AWS Quick).

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics to measure client workflow performance and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Success teams to evaluate workflows and propose improvements.
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual scorecards for client reviews.
• Provide data and analyses to support client revenue growth and performance reviews.
