Responsibilities

This role supports the PartsTrader business, an independently managed business aligned under Enlyte. PartsTrader is a growing SaaS marketplace business looking for a leader to transform data from a reporting function into a strategic business asset.

Building on an established Data Solutions team and strong foundations already in place, you'll lead the next phase of our data journey, helping the business leverage data to improve decision-making, enable AI and automation, create customer value, and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to commercialize and monetize data assets.
  • Create clear prioritization and operating models for data initiatives.
  • Influence executive decisions and investment priorities.
  • Lead and develop a distributed Data & Analytics team across the US and New Zealand.
What Success Looks Like
  • Data is trusted, accessible, and actively used across the business.
  • Reliance on ad hoc reporting is reduced through self‑service capabilities.
  • AI and automation initiatives are enabled by strong data foundations.
  • Clear governance and ownership improve data quality and consistency.
  • Data products and insights create measurable customer and business value.
  • Revenue and growth opportunities from data assets are identified and progressed.
  • The Data & Analytics function is viewed as a strategic business partner.
