Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is seeking a data and analytics manager to lead a growing organization of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists.

You will drive strategy, architecture, governance, and execution of Lyten’s data infrastructure and analytics capabilities, staying ahead of AI/ML trends and integrating them across enterprise tools. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with people‑first leadership, scaling data capabilities to support operations, engineering, finance, product, and field

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data (engineering, analytics, science)
• 2+ years in a management or technical lead role overseeing data teams
• Experience building scalable data architectures and pipelines
• Hands-on with data warehousing platforms and ML/LLM in analytics platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R and dashboard tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, orchestration (Airflow/dbt) and SaaS APIs

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data strategy, architecture, governance, quality and security
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and warehouse infrastructure
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product to deliver actionable insights
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the data ecosystem
• Stay current with AI/ML, LLMs, and data platforms, integrating AI into enterprise tools
• Lead and develop Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists
