Job summary

GoHealth seeks a Director of Data Management & Intelligence to drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics. You will lead teams across governance, BI, analytics engineering, data services, and data product management to deliver trusted data as a strategic asset and enable AI-enabled decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years leading data management, governance, and BI initiatives with measurable value.
3+ years healthcare data experience; 2+ years Snowflake/semantic data layers.
7+ years of leadership; track record coaching managers and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, BI, analytics, and data management.
Partner with executives to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
Drive data quality, metadata, and architecture practices for AI readiness.
Oversee data governance, analytics engineering, and data product teams.
Present data strategy and performance insights to senior leaders.
