Job summary

Prudential Ins Co of America is seeking a senior data strategy leader based in Newark, NJ. You will own the marketing data strategy, build AI-ready data products, and govern identity resolution across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Privacy to deliver trusted data assets and measurable business impact. You will lead a hybrid team, align roadmaps with enterprise standards, and drive data democratization while ensuring privacy and compliance across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data strategy, data management, data product management, or marketing data/tech
• Experience building and scaling data products or enterprise data platforms
• Ownership of core data governance disciplines: metadata, data lineage, cataloging, quality, stewardship
• Experience evaluating identity resolution/CDP capabilities
• Knowledge of MarTech stack and enterprise data environments
• Partner with senior executives to translate priorities into roadmaps
• Knowledge of data privacy and consent requirements in regulated environments
• Instrumentation and taxonomy to support closed-loop measurement and attribution
• Executive storytelling and cross-functional collaboration with central data functions

• Set end-to-end marketing data strategy and roadmap
• Define multi-year data product portfolio and modernization plans
• Establish standards for evaluating data investments
• Champion data democratization and self-serve access
• Define, build, and productize AI-ready data products
• Lifecycle management of data products from discovery to retirement
• Drive governance, metadata, and identity management
• Ensure privacy/compliance and responsible data usage
• Oversee data intelligence layer and activation across platforms
• Lead cross-functional alignment without direct authority
