Job summary

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College.
• Knowledge of TEA reporting requirements (PEIMS, TSDS, accountability, state data governance).
• Familiarity with student information systems (PowerSchool preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate findings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments with initiative.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate student information management systems for data collection and reporting.
• Serve as district liaison with TEA for school and student reporting requirements.
• Coordinate data collection, verification, and entry processes across departments.
• Prepare timely reports, records, and inventories per district timelines.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for instructional initiatives including 1882 Partnerships.
• Support executive leadership with project coordination and reporting.
• Attend state and authorizer trainings to ensure data accuracy.
