Job summary

Waco ISD is seeking a State Reporting Coordinator to manage PEIMS/TSDS data for the district and Texas Connections Academy Waco. The role supports instructional initiatives under the Deputy Superintendent and ensures data cycles align with state and district timelines.

The position requires collaboration across departments to deliver accurate reporting, maintain confidential data, and oversee PowerSchool/Frontline data processes, with strong project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or college.
• Strong knowledge of TEA reporting requirements (PEIMS/TSDS, accountability, data governance).
• Experience with PowerSchool or Frontline data mining, reporting and system administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate student information management systems for efficient data collection, storage, and communication of student and staff data.
• Serve as district liaison with TEA regarding school and student reporting for specialty partnerships.
• Coordinate data collection, verification, and entry processes and maintain required records.
