Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Coordinator of Data Analytics and Reporting to lead the development and enhancement of data systems, analytics, and dashboards for district-wide decision making. You will work with multiple departments to translate data into actionable insights for leaders and campuses.

The role emphasizes data integration, quality controls, and scalable reporting processes to support student success and operational efficiency. Some travel and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field with relevant professional experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, database management, reporting, or BI
• Certifications in BI or data analytics preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads development and ongoing improvement of district data analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• Gathers and analyzes student, school, and program data from multiple sources
• Develops automated reporting processes and visualizations for stakeholders
• Ensures data quality, validation, and governance across reporting systems
• Translates stakeholder questions into analytical reports and decision-support tools
• Supports reporting requirements at federal, state, local, and district levels

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Education, Educational Research, or related field

Advanced graduate degree preferred
