Job summary

Under general supervision, you will analyze data, investigate abnormalities, maintain auditable records, and provide training and support to campuses and staff responsible for processing PEIMS data. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience with PEIMS and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience with PEIMS data entry and coding.
• Strong knowledge of PEIMS and TEA reporting requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends; maintain auditable records.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, auditing, and reporting of PEIMS data to ensure state compliance.
• Run edits, reports, and verification checks; distribute to staff for corrections.
• Provide training and support to campuses and staff processing PEIMS data.
• Analyze data, interpret trends, and communicate findings to leadership.
