OneDigital is seeking a Data Specialist in Minnesota to maintain data integrity across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems. You will handle data migration, validation, and cleanup, and support reporting and administrative tasks while ensuring data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Maintain data accuracy across systems and perform data migration/cleanup.
• Enter, validate, and safeguard data in D365 and other systems.
• Generate reports and assist with data audits while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data within D365 and other systems.
• Transfer data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into D365.
• Review, validate, and clean data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicates.
• Perform QA reviews of migrated data and assist with documentation.
