Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Data Specialist to maintain the accuracy and organization of data across multiple business systems, focusing on data migration and cleanup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role supports data entry, QA, reporting, and administrative tasks while collaborating on system implementation projects.

You will transfer, validate, and update records, identify discrepancies, generate reports, and assist users with data inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry, admin support, or records management preferred.
• Experience with data migration or system conversion projects preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data within D365 and other systems.
• Transfer data from legacy systems into D365.
• Review, validate, and clean data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicates.
• Generate reports and assist with data audits.
• Provide data-related support to project teams.
