Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Data Specialist to maintain the accuracy and organization of data across multiple business systems, focusing on data migration and cleanup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role supports data entry, QA, reporting, and administrative tasks while collaborating on system implementation projects.

You will transfer, validate, and update records, identify discrepancies, generate reports, and assist users with data inquiries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with data entry, admin support, or records management preferred.
  • Experience with data migration or system conversion projects preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Summary
Our Newest Opportunity:

The Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and organization of data across multiple business systems. This role will primarily support data migration and cleanup efforts related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including transferring, validating, and updating records. The Data Specialist will perform data entry, quality assurance, reporting, and administrative support activities while assisting with other operational and project-based tasks as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Enter, update, and maintain data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and other business systems.
  • Transfer data from legacy systems, spreadsheets, and other sources into D365.
  • Review, validate, and clean data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify, research, and correct data discrepancies and duplicate records.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of migrated and updated data.
  • Maintain documentation related to data migration activities and procedures.
  • Generate reports and assist with data audits as requested.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support system implementation and data conversion initiatives.
  • Assist users with data-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Support departmental projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications, Skills And Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service mindset and willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
Education, Training And Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with data migration, data cleanup, or system conversion projects preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered

The typical base pay rage for this role nationwide is $18 to $20 per hour.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
