Job summary

Richline Group is seeking an ERP Data Migration Specialist to support a large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation. This hands-on role focuses on extracting, cleansing, transforming, and validating data from multiple legacy ERP systems for migration into the new platform.

You will develop repeatable ETL processes, use SQL to profile and troubleshoot data, and work with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure accurate migration and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP data migration/ETL experience.
• Strong SQL skills to query, transform, and troubleshoot large datasets.
• Experience with ERP data domains (customers, vendors, items, GL, AR/AP, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, cleanse, transform, and load data from legacy ERP and business systems.
• Develop and maintain repeatable ETL processes and migration utilities.
• Profile data to identify quality issues, gaps, duplicates, and risks.
• Perform data normalization and cross-system deduplication.
• Translate rules into executable technical logic for migrations.
• Execute mock conversions, test loads, and production migrations.
• Reconcile and validate outputs between source systems and Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot failed records, anomalies, and migration exceptions.
• Collaborate with ERP PM, leads, partners, SMEs, and IT teams.
• Support cutover and post-go-live data stabilization.
