  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable communications.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective customer solutions and services.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations as an active member of a collaborative team environment.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and administration of the corporate repository for vendor tax and IRS documentation.
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly vendor compliance activities to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) operations and data governance processes.
  • Participate in departmental and enterprise-wide projects as assigned.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, platforms, technologies, and tools.
  • Understanding of database integration concepts and basic SQL Server query language.
  • Proficient project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Job description

The Data Specialist plays a key role in supporting vendor management, tax and IRS/1099 administration, Master Data Management (MDM), and business process automation initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring vendor compliance, managing MDM-related activities, and providing exceptional customer support through regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Data Specialists contribute to innovative, customer-focused solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business productivity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
