Responsibilities

• Review advertisements and promotions in InMar for data accuracy.
• Conduct analysis of product and master data across databases and applications.
• Create and maintain business partner records in SAP (stores, vendors, employees).
• Support data implementation activities, including testing and validation.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, identify root causes, implement corrections.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and governance compliance.
• Manage data-related reports and resolve errors daily.
• Partner with IT to address system issues and enhancements.
• Assist in training materials and documentation.
• Apply data governance policies and best practices.
• Provide insights on data entry standards and system-enabled processes.

This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of organizational data while processing requests in a timely manner. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Data Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues, improve processes, and support business operations through reliable data management practices.

• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity, governance compliance, and data quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Education
