Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech with a track record of lead generation.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and managing leads and opportunities.
• Strong ability to prospect, qualify leads, and move opportunities through the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new prospects through phone, email, and social channels to initiate conversations.
• Communicate the value of products and tailor messaging to each prospect.
• Coordinate and book meetings for regional sales representatives.
• Identify high-potential companies and decision-makers aligned with the ICP.
• Engage prospects to understand pain points and position solutions effectively.
