Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide a team delivering item master and contract data services that enhance data quality and contract price accuracy in client ERP systems.

You will oversee daily operations, develop team capabilities, and use performance insights to drive service excellence and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Data Management, Product Management, and Analytics Innovation to improve processes, scale services, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• 2+ years leading and managing teams required.
• Experience with ERP systems including Infor Lawson and/or CloudSuite.
• Healthcare supply chain data management knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear direction and growth.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and goals.
• Oversee item master and contract data services for accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply ERP and data domain expertise to optimize workflows.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and quality benchmarks to drive improvement.
• Identify and escalate risks affecting data quality or client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain client relationships and address service needs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Analytics Innovation to improve delivery.
• Support growth through proposals, planning, and client presentations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding and workforce planning in partnership with leadership.
