  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction, ongoing feedback, and career development.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, workflows, and team goals that support organizational objectives.
  • Oversee item master and contract data services to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established quality and service standards.
  • Apply ERP and data domain expertise to optimize workflows and improve item master and contract data processes.
  • Monitor team performance using key performance indicators, quality benchmarks, and service expectations to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues affecting data quality, contract price accuracy, service delivery, or client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, address service needs, and reinforce the value of services delivered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Analytics Innovation, to improve service delivery, address client needs, and support scalable solutions.
  • Support business growth through proposal development, operational planning, client presentations, and implementation of service delivery improvements.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with leadership while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use performance data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Strong client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
Compensation

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
