Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an executive to own and drive the Master Data Management strategy, operating model, and stewardship across the enterprise. You will align data priorities with product, governance, and business needs while guiding a large, matrixed organization.

The role emphasizes executive leadership, crossfunctional partnerships, and measurable outcomes in customer value and operational efficiency, with a focus on healthcare data standards and ontology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Fifteen+ years of progressive executive leadership in Enterprise Data Management or related disciplines.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities and leading large-scale transformation.
• Proven ability to design enterprise operating models aligning business, tech, governance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Vizient's long-term MDM strategy and roadmap.
• Set investment priorities and define measurable outcomes for enterprise data assets.
• Design and evolve the MDM operating model with clear ownership and stewardship.
• Build strategic partnerships to align data priorities with business strategy.
• Lead executive-level transformation and foster a culture of accountable data governance.
