The role emphasizes developing technical solutions, building and refining state-of-the-art analysis pipelines, and communicating results to project leaders and clients.

You will collaborate with junior staff under senior guidance, present findings at conferences, and contribute to proposals and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degrees in related fields.
• Experience developing ML, predictive modeling, and AI workflows.
• Experience implementing, testing, and validating ML/deep learning models.
• Demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain government clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement advanced ML and data analysis solutions across projects.
• Present research results to clients and participate in conferences/publications.
• Review literature to select methods and improve approaches.
• Communicate with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Create technical reports and presentations for clients.
• Support business development by contributing technical material to proposals.
• Build relationships with Battelle and external clients across disciplines.
• Maintain collaboration across co-located and distributed team members.
• Plan professional self-development activities.
• Occasionally travel to client sites and conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
