Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• PhD preferred
• 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• 2+ years of people management experience leading data scientists or related roles
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Leads, coaches, and develops data scientists through direction and feedback
• Sets standards for analytical quality and responsible AI use
• Guides the team in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining
