Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, statistics, CS, engineering, applied math).
• Master’s degree preferred but not required for DS II roles.
• Strong data science, statistics, and modeling foundations with ability to justify methods.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Databricks and AWS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and frame the right problems with domain experts and translate into data-science projects.
• Build data-science-driven products, delivering production-ready models and features.
• Apply forecasting, experimentation, causal inference, and risk stratification where appropriate.
• Productionize models: code, deploy, monitor, and iterate in live environments.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineers to deploy analytics in apps and workflows.
