Qualifications

• Masters degree in a quantitative field and 5–7 years of ML/data science experience.

• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop/Spark) and databases (SQL/MongoDB).
• Ability to communicate results to diverse audiences and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-oriented projects from design to deployment and evaluation.
• Design data solutions using ML and informatics methods within NYU Langone Health.
• Work with large clinical datasets to solve healthcare problems.
• Build workflows to collect, store, clean, and process structured and unstructured data.
• Manage data scientists, engineers, and clinicians on predictive modeling initiatives.
• Collaborate with NYULMC teams and present results and ROI analyses.
