Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory invites undergraduates to participate in the Summer Undergraduate Internship Program. Interns will engage in practical research across computer science, mathematics, data science, statistics, physics, chemistry, and engineering, with mentorship and teamwork.

Selected interns will provide technical support to projects, attend seminars and poster sessions, and may work in a hybrid schedule blending in-person and remote work.

Qualifications

• Continuing college student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a STEM field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Eligible to access LLNL under NDAA Section 3112.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and research support to projects across STEM areas.
• Participate in research under supervision and engage in planning discussions.
• Gather and analyze data to support scientific research.
• Present results via presentations or poster sessions.
