• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS for assigned studies.
• Coordinates DSS study teams to meet objectives and engages global teams.
• Uses operational analytics and project management tools to optimize study execution.
• Ensures adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Oversees vendors and provides feedback on performance trends.
• Coaches and mentors Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.
• Contributes to CDSO and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Documents lessons learned across functions.
