AbbVie Clinical Data Strategy and Operations leads the alignment of study teams with program and study-level strategies, serving as the primary operational contact and coordinating global teams to meet timelines and deliverables.

The role emphasizes building analytics-backed solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding data science staff, and driving process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent. Master’s preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• Must have 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management/healthcare experience or 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, influence, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies; leads the CDSO Study Team.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from DSS; coordinates DSS study teams.
• Interacts with cross-functional team members to achieve program objectives.
• Uses operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and track progress.
• Ensures adherence to GCP, ICH, AbbVie SOPs and other regulatory standards.
