Qualifications

• 4+ years in quantitative analysis with outcomes tied to business objectives.
• 1+ year in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical models and ML solutions tied to business goals.
• Mentor and manage team members; communicate progress to clients and leadership.
• Translate data into compelling narratives to influence decision-making.
