Job summary

Zenith, a leading media agency within Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Manager of Data Science to lead quantitative analytics and ML solutions for client campaigns. You will collaborate with planning, audience strategy and analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights, and mentor junior analysts while shaping strategic direction for accounts.

The role requires strong programming and statistical skills, plus hands-on experience with marketing analytics and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in quantitative analysis with measurable business impact.
• 1+ year in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL programming.
• Proficiency in Python or R for ML tasks.
• Solid background in mathematical modeling, statistics, and stochastic processes.
• Familiarity with ML algorithms including ARIMA, regression, clustering, PCA, and trees.
• Experience with MMM, MTA, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics tools.
• Understanding of advertising channels and marketing tech like DSPs, DMPs, CRMs.
