Job summary

Zenith Data Sciences, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Manager of Data Science to design and implement ML models that tie marketing to business goals. You will collaborate with planning and analytics teams, convert data into compelling narratives, and guide a small team delivering client-focused data solutions.

You’ll mentor junior staff, present findings to internal leadership and clients, and shape the data science roadmap for key accounts based on client needs and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quantitative analysis with results using customer/transaction data
• 1+ year in a managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency in Python or R for ML
• Understanding of statistical learning algorithms and modeling methods
• Experience with marketing analytics such as MMM, MTA, segmentation

Responsibilities

• Work with planning, audience strategy and analytics teams to solve marketing problems
• Share knowledge and design Data Science models and solutions
• Mentor and manage 1-2 junior staff and lead project work
• Contribute to vision for accounts and communicate progress to clients and leadership
• Present work effectively by phone or in small groups
