Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of the Antelope Valley is seeking a Data Specialist to support organization-wide data systems, registration, reporting, and related technology platforms in Lancaster, CA. The role focuses on accuracy, accessibility, and reliable reporting to inform program operations and compliance.

You’ll manage My Club Hub/Salesforce registrations, maintain records, generate routine reports, and help improve data-entry processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, or registration systems.
• Strong Salesforce and/or My Club Hub experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to learn new technology platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programs and registrations in My Club Hub/Salesforce.
• Ensure accurate enrollment, locations, fees, and capacities.
• Produce routine enrollment, attendance, and program reports.
• Maintain data quality and standardize data-entry practices.
• Provide basic tech support and cross-department data requests.
