Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is seeking a Business Services Manager to oversee financial administration, donor processing, and data management across club sites in Weld County. The role partners with an external accounting firm and internal leadership to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of nonprofit operations, CRM/database experience (Salesforce preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills to support cross-department

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Finance, Data Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible nonprofit administration, business operations, finance, or data-related experience.
• Experience with CRM, donor, or membership databases; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial administration and coordination with external accounting firm and leadership.
• Maintain donor records, process gifts, and track grant income in Salesforce CRM.
• Support CRM and membership databases, perform data audits, and generate reports.
• Assist with calendar scheduling, board materials, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate cross-department information flow and support special projects.
