Job summary

Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH seeks a Data and Resource Coordinator for the TRIO Upward Bound program. The role collaborates with the program director to monitor grant objectives, manage the office and student files, and disseminate communications to students, parents, schools, and partners.

The position handles technology/resource management, inventory and distribution, and supports compliance with ED program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, social sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of data management and reporting experience required.
• Ability to work in-person required.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills required.
• Experience using Excel and Zoom to track data and facilitate outreach services required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service and student advocacy.
• Regularly update and audit students’ physical and electronic files.
• Assist with development of reports and data collection from UB Academic Advisors.
• Assist with compliance of regulations and Annual Performance Report.
• Plan and schedule program events, manage logistics and materials.
• Suggest improvements in office processes and educational technology.
• Supervise and assign work to student employees.
