Job summary

Mourant is seeking a Data and Reporting Manager to join the Business Solutions - Data & Reporting team. You will develop Power BI dashboards, reports and portals, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data quality and automation.

You will translate requirements into analytics solutions, design SQL queries, support projects, and help establish data governance and best practices for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing reporting, analytics and BI solutions, including advanced Power BI capability.
• Excellent knowledge of data structures, SQL, reporting methodologies and data visualization best practices.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and portals delivering insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with IT/Data teams to ensure secure, scalable reporting aligned with needs.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and performance insights for decision making.
• Design and optimise SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources.
• Create data visualisations communicating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
