Job summary
Capita plc is hiring a Data Analyst to join the HAAS contract, focusing on data collection, organisation and evaluation to boost business insight. The role is permanently based with a home-based setup, delivering dashboards and performance reporting that align with strategic objectives across the organisation.
You will work on Power BI solutions, data visualisation, governance and cross-team data integration, ensuring outputs are clear for both technical and non-technical audiences and driving
Qualifications
- Deep technical expertise across Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Advanced capability in modernising legacy reports and solutions.
- Strong requirements elicitation and translation skills.
- Ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve dashboards and reporting frameworks to deliver insight-driven visibility of performance.
- Create user-centric dashboards with actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure solutions are accessible for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish robust reporting governance with standardised processes.
- Integrate data inputs across business areas for consistent reporting.
- Develop and adopt Power BI solutions and data visualization best practices.
- Utilise Power Automate to drive automation and efficiency in reporting.
