Red Global is seeking a Power BI specialist to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, data models and KPI logic, working across Databricks and multiple data sources.

Collaborating with stakeholders and data engineers, you will ensure data quality, intuitive visuals and reporting that aligns with planning, forecasting and business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI development: dashboard design, data modelling, and DAX.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and planning stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
• Work with data from Databricks and multiple source systems to deliver reliable and consistent reporting.
• Support the development of business-oriented data models and a dedicated analytics layer.
• Implement KPI calculations, time intelligence and planning-related reporting logic.
• Ensure reports are intuitive, user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with data engineers, technical teams and business users to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modelling and DAX.
• Good SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
• Experience delivering Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles and reporting best practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in FMCG environments.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting or financial reporting.
• Experience with finance- or tax-related reporting requirements.
