Job summary

Headway is seeking a Manager of Data Recruiting to lead hiring across Data Science and Data Engineering. In partnership with the Senior Manager of Tech Recruiting, you will deliver on a mission-critical hiring engine that fuels Headway’s growth.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters while partnering closely with leaders across Data at Headway. The systems you build and the talent your team brings in will directly impact Headway’s ability to serve providers and patients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a recruiting function within high-growth tech-enabled environments.
• 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, focusing on data science or data engineering.
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data recruiters.
• Partner with Data leaders to scale teams and implement scalable search strategies.
• Diagnose gaps with metrics and drive data-driven hiring improvements.
• Deliver high-impact hiring outcomes by removing obstacles and aligning with cross-functional teams.
• Set standards and rhythms to maintain a top-performing recruiting engine.
