Job summary

Capstone Community Action in Barre, Vermont seeks a Data and Quality Manager to support data compliance and reporting for programs and grants. You will assist leadership with reporting, ROMA-driven goals, and training non-technical staff to use reporting systems.

Requirements include a relevant BA and 5+ years in operations and reporting, plus experience with grant documentation and working with underserved populations. Full-time, on-site role with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• B.A. in business, finance, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in supporting operations, reporting, and communications.
• Experience with grant and contract documentation and reporting requirements.
• Ability to train non-technical managers on systems and reporting.
• Experience working with low-income or vulnerable populations and ROMA environment.
• Ability to manage tasks from inception to completion with deadlines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support data compliance and attainment of programmatic outcomes across Capstone programs.
• Assist Directors and Managers in producing routine and new reporting for operations and grants.
• Support tracking of strategic planning and grant goals in ROMA driven environment.
• Train and advise non-technical leadership on systems, reporting, and documentation.
