Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree or CGMS, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Adept knowledge to verify applicant and award-recipient eligibility, exclusion, and responsibility status by integrating and cross-referencing data across multiple federal systems.
• Proficiency with grants-management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong ability to perform project compliance reviews for profile activation ensuring key applicant information meets foundational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility and compliance of applicants and award recipients across federal systems.
• Manage profile activation, inquiries, and data collection for grants management.
• Track and analyze project reviews and ensure timely execution under direction of the Program Manager and General Counsel.
• Engage diverse partners (federal, state, local) to resolve issues collaboratively.
