Capstone Community Action in Barre, Vermont, seeks a Data and Quality Manager to oversee data compliance and reporting across programs. The role supports program directors, manages database development, and helps tracking ROMA-driven goals while training non-technical leadership.

Qualifications

• B.A. in business, finance, communications, or another relevant area of study.
• 5 years of experience in supporting organizational operations and communications, including implementing, managing, and evaluating system reporting.
• Experience working with grant and contract documentation.
• Experience training and communicating technical details to non-technical managers.
• Experience serving low-income or vulnerable individuals and families.
• Familiarity with federal grant reporting requirements.
• Ability to organize and manage tasks from inception to completion with deadlines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data compliance and attainment of programmatic and contractual outcomes.
• Support database development and assist leadership with routine and new reporting.
• Train and advise non-technical leadership on systems, reporting, and documentation.
• Track and support achievement of ROMA-driven goals and grant targets.
