Job summary

TransUnion LLC in the United States seeks a Sr Consultant, Data Analysis and Consulting to join the Data Performance team. The role blends hands-on analytics with data quality stewardship in a hybrid work environment, with two days on-site per week.

You will analyze large datasets, translate findings for senior leaders, build dashboards, and support BATs for major data events. A strong SQL foundation plus Python or R and BI tooling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with analytical/business focus.
• 7+ years in data analysis, data management, or BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate technical findings for business stakeholders.
• Experience leading initiatives and prioritizing concurrent work.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in data assets and provide SME support.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Lead data quality investigations and implement improvements.
• Design and maintain data quality measures, reporting, and dashboards.
• Partner with teams to support BAT for major data events and product changes.
• Develop analyses and data-driven solutions for innovation and new markets.
• Independently lead projects from concept to delivery.
