Job summary

CSC is seeking a meticulous Associate Data Research Specialist to collect and maintain high-integrity customer and prospect data. The role emphasizes data management, collaboration with marketing and sales, and adherence to privacy standards to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include auditing data, updating records, and enabling effective data-driven insights while ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA. Hybrid/remote options are available in alignment with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or data management.
• Experience with CRM systems to meet business needs, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication across teams.
• MS Office Suite experience: Excel, Word, Access.

Responsibilities

• Data Management / Stewardship: audits and assessments for accuracy and completeness; follow data validation processes; collaborate with departments to meet data requirements.
• Data Collection and Maintenance: collect, update, and maintain customer and prospect information; tag and organize data for retrieval; use data matching to update bulk feeds.
• Data Qualification / Analysis: qualify accounts using internal and external sources; set up monitors for alerts; collaborate with sales/data providers to enhance lead programs; analyze trends to provide insights.
• Collaboration: work with marketing and sales to support data needs; help develop training materials and assist staff on data management best practices.
• Compliance and Security: ensure data protection regulations compliance; identify risks and implement safeguards.
