Capgemini is seeking an Associate Data Privacy Analyst in the United States (Bridgewater area) to support enterprise data privacy and data protection initiatives. You will work with Legal, Compliance, Security, Data Governance, and business teams to identify privacy risks and implement privacy controls.

The role requires 4+ years of privacy-related experience, knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, and strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in data privacy, compliance, risk management, governance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
• Ability to document and communicate privacy controls and risk findings.

Responsabilités

• Support data privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) and identify privacy risks.
• Maintain data inventories and data flow documentation.
• Support data classification, retention, and protection activities.
• Assist with privacy audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Review vendor and third-party privacy risks.
• Support data subject access, deletion, correction, and privacy requests.
• Prepare privacy reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement privacy controls and best practices.
• Support Responsible AI and privacy-by-design initiatives.
