• Process Alumni Association Profile 2 Sync updates through GPS in the Identity, Home, and Work queues.
• Create entities in the legacy Ellucian Advance system for data cleanup and CRM migration activities before Shellforce go-live.
• Fulfill assigned user requests through Jira Service Management.
