Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional data-focused experience; strong Excel skills including VBA, pivot charts, and tables.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is required.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM system integrity, imports, integrations, campaigns, and role/permission management.
• Assist with CRM upgrades and integrations with other platforms.
• Manage back-end IModules platform for data input, retrieval, processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with website presence for Advancement/University Relations; develop links, layouts, forms, and data navigation.
• Handle data from multiple sources (wealth screens, surveys, data appends, campus databases) for analysis and reporting.
• Provide data entry, documentation, and basic troubleshooting; support dashboards and data privacy.
