Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Corporate Giving Data and Project Manager to lead data management, analytics, and reporting across enterprise dashboards. The role emphasizes transforming community data reporting, building self-serve models, and supporting philanthropy initiatives with strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing Tableau dashboards, maintaining reports for senior leaders, and guiding data collection and governance across grants platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in data management and analysis.
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize, plan and manage challenging projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Experience with data cleaning, data quality, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel reports for senior leaders.
• Respond to ongoing and ad hoc data requests to support enterprise goals.
• Analyze ad hoc requests to identify new dashboards and enhancements.
• Manage community data collection, cleaning, and governance in data systems.
• Collaborate with HR and other groups to enhance reporting.
• Conduct project planning, stakeholder engagement, and milestone execution for initiatives.
